Optilator ®
The Optilator is a middle valued articulator, featuring special quality characteristics.
The product includes 2 mounting plates.
It has the following possibilities:

• Condylus slope 30°, measured from the condylus level. The distance from the condylus to the incisal indicator is 105 mm., similar to Bonwill's triangle. The slope of the incisal table is 15° in the standard model. Incisal tables of 0°, 5°, 10°, 15°, and 20° slope angles are separately available, depending on the cuspid angle of the posteriors used. The inward height of the Optilator is 100 mm.
• The condylus heads have been shaped double conical, in accordance with Professor Gerber's technique. The inner conic measures 17°, and the outer conic 12°, resulting in a standard Bennet angle.

Optilator Accessories

• Articulator support
  Adjustable standard to simply position the Optilator slantwise for a better view. Easy foldable for transportation purposes.
• Base plates
  Made of stainless steel or aluminum, preventing damage to the screw thread and marginal space. Easy cleanable.
• Incisal tables
  The slope of the incisal table is 15° in the standard model. Incisal tables of 0°, 5°, 10°, 15°, and 20° slope angles are separately available, depending on the cuspid angle of the posteriors used. Design: trespa.
• Special table for plastering
  To push-around (lower) base plate, thus offering more space for plastering. Design: trespa.
• Support needle
  Unscrewable needle for the upper arm of the articulator.
• Incisal pin
  Straight incisal pin. Design: stainless steel.
• Incisal indicator
  Shows incisal point for the guidance of the incisal teeth, and for the maintenance of the incisal height.
  Intra-oral bite registration set

Denture Box
White box for hygienic keeping of dentures. Manufactured of light, strong plastic, with a click-lock. Height: 55 mm.

Periphery wax
Extra hard wax with great adhesive strength. Easy to fixate. In blue bars. Per packing 60 bars.

Visor Loupe
Because of the plastic headband with tangle connection, this magnifier can be easily and quickly put on and off. It may be used in combination with regular spectacles. The visor can be folded upwards.
Available in 2 versions: 2,5 times and 4 times magnification.
